WAIT TRAINING PASSAGE PROGRAM FOR LATINO YOUTH provides Training teachers and community leaders to teach Latino youth the WAIT Training concepts with a focus on honoring Latino cultures and traditions including the Quincenera passage celebration for 15 year olds. Collaborating with community based organizations that actually go through the steps of the Quincenera passage celebration.
